Does a file hosting site exists where you earn revenue by people downloading your files?

I'm not talking about selling my files on the internet where the other user has to pay money to get the file.





I'm talking about when someone downloads my file for free, I get paid a small amounts of cash or something like that.





Does this system exists, if so(I perfer paypal), how does it work?





I plan to be a freeware programmer type of person who does not feel like selling them.
