I will have visitors from India for four days in Southern California in October. There doesn't seem to be four days worth of meetings to hold, so there will be a lot of time to get to know each other, etc. What should I plan for in terms of meeting and entertainment activities and venues?
I will be hosting 3 Indian business people from Mumbai for four days. What entertaining will they expect?

Reply:Show them around the area. Some colleagues of mine went to India for a few days and the were shown around the city and visited some of the hot spots in the area.
I am not familiar with Southern California, but you may want to think about what are some of the places in the area a visitor would be interested in seeing? Think about tours, famous restaurants, museums, or other American things they would not typically get to experience. Make sure that the plans are ok with their culture - like some Indians don't eat beef so going to a steak house would be a bad idea.
