I am switching to another hosting company since my current host is under constant DDoS attacks. I wonder will my current host give me some money back since they can not do anything about these attacks. I still have 6 months of paid hosting there.
Will I get some money back if I change the hosting company?
Most companies do refund the unused portion of the hosting. I would call your company and ask though to make sure. I know that http://www.doggydomains.com does.
Reply:it depends on their policy. they should refund some portion if you are unsatisfied and have a valid reason.
Reply:There is no way to answer that the question. They are not obligated by any outside entity to do so. You will need to contact them and see what you can negotiate.
