It depends on how you update your page. I suppose if you can add new page, you should find similar function on the software or web site that can perform the function

With whatever webpage software you are using, there should be an option to publish, which is how you actually get it on the internet. You can do that as often as you need, and there is an option to 'publish changed assets only'.
