I suggest you look into renting a dedicated server then. Most hosting companies offer shared hosting where more than one customers website is hosted on a single server. Thats how they provide those bargain basement prices. You will pay more to be the only user of a server but you'll gain complete control and will be able to put whatever streaming audio/video you need.
