What are some web hosting companies that allow system services?

I am a flash developer and I've been using Site5Hosting, which is great, but my contract is FINALLY ending with them and I really need a place that would allow me to install something like Flash Media Server or Smart Fox Server and keep it running, as I'm looking to make real-time games.





Does anyone know of a place that would do that, preferrably under $15/mo.
